In support of Oxfam International, Inspire Fitness personal trainer and corrective exercise practitioner Daniel Lowrey is currently training to complete the 100km Oxfam Trailwalker with Inspire Fitness client Emma Marchesi.
The 100km charity walk begins from Wheelers Hill, meanders through the gorgeous Dandenong Ranges, and finishes at Wesburn in Melbourne’s east. Daniel and Emma will set out in the early hours of Friday 19th April and hope to complete the course in 19 hours – with the least amount of blisters possible!
As you can imagine, Daniel and Emma have been covering enormous distances with their training. So far they have completed over 60 hours of training, covering well over 250 kilometres in that time.
The staff and clients at Inspire Fitness wish both Daniel and Emma well in their preparation and completion of this event. Good Luck and enjoy the journey!
